When the truth is right in front of our face and we still don’t accept it we are not only fooling ourselves but we are letting other people lie to us.

If your partner all of a sudden starts hanging out with their friends nightly then that’s odd enough in itself but if you can’t get a hold of them then that should be a red flag.

If they are constantly not available to you then the chances of them actually hanging out with their friends are very tiny.

But situations like that are easy to let go of because human beings in general are not mistrusting people. We don’t constantly wonder whether what someone tells us is the truth. We just believe it to be the truth even if we have a gut instinct that it’s a lie.

But that gut instinct is what we should be listening to in every situation because it never lies to us.

It’s an intuition or built in message system that everybody is blessed with. Everyone is capable of utilizing their instinctual power but sometimes it just takes a little practice to understand what your instinct is trying to tell you.

Why do we choose not to listen to that gut instinct? Because it’s difficult to deal with what it’s telling us. It’s easier to go on living in a lie. That way there’s no changes or big decisions to be made. There’s no stress or awkward feelings to deal with. There are no arguments or fights to have.

What we need to understand is that the truth always leads to a happy ending. After it’s all there for you to see you can only feel better about knowing what’s going on and what exactly is going to happen now.

The truth always comes with a built in, moving forward with my life plan.

So next time your instinct tells you something’s up; Acknowledge it, act on it, and relish in powerful talent. You will feel happier when you do that.
